Rezept von den „Schnatterliesen“ des OGV Heusenstamm e.V.


Hefeteig nach Standard Rezept 1kg Gemüse: Tomaten, Zucchini, Gurken, Kürbis, Blattspinat, Paprika, Lauch, usw., Käse und Gwürze


Das zerkleinerte Gemüse (ohne Tomaten) andünsten.
Gemüse verteilen, evtl. Spinat zuerst. Tomatenscheiben oben auf die Masse verteilen, mit Gewürzen bestreuen.

30 bis 40 Minuten bei ca. 210° backen, Käse erst 5-10 Minuten vor dem Back Ende über das Gemüse streuen.
